Creating/adapting 3 recipes for my friend's resturant
Below you can read my plans for drinks I wanted to pitch but in the end, Madi (owner of Darling's) approached me to make a cocktail using liquor she had already ordered for another cocktail that was taking to long to build (aka too slow for a busy bar).
The liquor I needed to use was:
After many iterations, I sent Madi a recipe, with one small, incredible tweak we co-create Boat Juice.
Create/adapt 3 cocktail recipes for Darling's to taste with the aim that they take one and add it to their menu.

I wanna bring cachaça to darlings and see if they are into it.
Taste these three cocktails:
this came out wonderfully complex. similar to a jungle bird. perhaps make again with the following adjustments:
Adjust: acid adjusted pineapple juice
Adjust: Fernet-Branca -> fancy fernet amaro on my self (that Im forgetting the name of)
Adjust: spent lime wedge swirled around in the glass
