Adding salt to cocktails
Combine 40g of warm water and 10g salt in a mason jar. Shake until salt is dissolved. Store in a bitters eyedropper bottle.

Months ago, in training for a half marathon I purchased a electrolyte mix that a friend suggested. In the same pack I found my favorite flavor was "salted watermelon". I wanted to bring a hint of that to this drink. So I made a saline solution and added 3 drops to the drink. Love it.
