🤭 Blushing Daiquiri
Rum, pineapple, acid watermelon, and egg white
Adaptaion of the Snow White Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 2 oz light rum
- 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz acid adjusted watermelon juice
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- Egg white
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to shaker without ice
- Dry shake hard for 10 seconds
- Add ice to shaker
- Shake for to chill
- Double strain into coupe
