🌊 Blue Crush
Rum, lemon, blue curaçao, and egg white

Ingredients
- 2 oz light rum
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz blue curacao
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a shaker withOUT ice
- Dry shake for 30 seconds
- Add ice and shake until chilled
- Double strain into a Collins glass
