🥒 Cucumber Sour
Gin, cucumber, and egg white
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz London dry gin
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz cucumber juice
- Egg white
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to shaker with ice
- Dry shake for 10 seconds
- Add ice and shake again for 10 seconds
- Double strain into coupe
