✏️ Pencil Thin Mustache
A cachaça-fernet-pineapple cocktail
Created by Dustin Old in ~2015 at Forrest Point bar in Brooklyn, NY.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Cachaça
- 1/2 oz Fernet-Branca
- 3/4 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 6-8 mint leaves
- Garnish: mint sprig
Instructions
- Muddle mint leaves in a shaker with simple syrup
- Add remaining ingredients
- Shake with ice
- Dbl strain into a rocks glass with ice
- Garnish with a mint sprig
Notes
This is complex and has a nice balance of bitter. It's so complex that it is definitely a sip slowly drink. There is a jungle bird vibe to it.
