💃 Esmeralda

Ingredients

• 1 2/3 oz Cachaça
• 1/3 oz peated scotch
• 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 1/4 oz rich simple syrup
• Garnish: lime widge

Instructions

• Shake all ingredients with ice
• Dbl strain into a coupe glass
• Garnish with a lime wedge

Notes

This had a little more welcome complexity than the caneflower. This came out a little too sweet. And the scotch was a little bit lost. Tweak the ratios a bit and this could be better.

The adjusted version of this is the Esperanza.
