Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Cachaça
• 3/4 oz Aperol
• 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
• Garnish: orange twist

Instructions

• Stir with ice
• Strain into a chilled coupe
• Garnish with a orange twist

Notes

This was nice, simple, and refreshing. A bit flat. Might prefer a version over rocks with splash of seltzer.

This had a little more welcome complexity than the caneflower. This came out a little too sweet. And the scotch was a little bit lost. Tweak the ratios a bit and this could be better.
