🍭 Rich Simple Syrup
A 2:1 simple syrup
Make the same as you would simple syrup, but with twice as much sugar as water.
Ive found unlike the simple syrup that I make, this requires a little heat to dissolve the sugar. either in a sauce pan, dbl boiler, or sous vide.
