Ingredients

• 2 oz Seltzer
• 2 oz gin
• 1 oz orgeat
• 3/4 oz lemon juice
• Egg white

Instructions

• Pour selzer into a collins glass
• Combine remaining ingredients in a shaker without ice and dry shake
• Add ice to shaker and shake until chilled
• Strain into collins glass
