🌱 Sleeping Lotus
Gin, orgeat, lemon, orange bitters, and mint

Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz orgeat
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 10 mint leaves
- Garnish: mint sprig, edible orchid
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
- Shake until chilled
- Strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice
- Top with more crushed ice
- Garnish with mint sprig and edible orchid
