🪲 Midori Sour

This recipe comes from Liquor.com but many modern verations exist.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz gin
• 1 oz Midori
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• Seltzer to top

Instructions

• Fill a Collins glass with ice
• Combine all ingredients except seltzer and stir once to combine
• Top with seltzer

Notes

Its amazing how much the sour ingredients do the work here to allow the melon of the midori to pop. I think it'd be fun to play with Midori and acid adjusting powders Citric Acid and Malic Acid to see if you could achieve something similar with even more concentrated melon taste.
