🫧 French 75 by Tim Miner
Cognac, lemon, and champagne
Ingredients
- 1 oz Cognac, preferably H by Hine
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- ~3 oz champagne
- Express lemon peel
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except champagne to a shaker with ice and shake
- Double strain into a Champagne flute
- Top with champagne
- Express with lemon peel and discard
