Cognac, lemon, and seltzer
Ingredients
- 2 oz seltzer
- 2 oz Cognac
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- Garnish: orange slice and maraschino cherry
Instructions
- Pour seltzer into a collins glass
- Add rest of ingredients into a shaker
- Short shake
- Double strain into glass
- Garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry on a cocktail pick
