Scotch, lime, mint, Chartreuse

Ingredients
- 4 mint leaves
- 3/4oz simple syrup
- 1oz Famous Grouse scotch
- 1/2oz Laphroaig 10yr scotch
- 3/4oz lime juice
- 1/4oz Green Chartreuse
- Garnish: 1 mint sprig
Instructions
- Add mint leaves and simple syrup to a your shaker and gently muddle
- Add remaining ingredients and ice and shake
- Double strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube
- Garnish with a mint sprig
