🫧 Sidecar Fizz
Refreshing, light Cognac fizz
This recipe comes from Todd+Diane!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz cognac
- 3/4 oz orange liqueur
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- seltzer
- Garnish: orange twist
Instructions
- Add cognac, orange ligueur, lemon juice and egg white to a shaker with and dry shake.
- Open, add ice, shake again.
- Strain into a Collins glass.
- Top with seltzer.
