Bourbon, tawny port, heavy cream, and egg yolk

Ingredients
- 1 oz Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon
- 3/4 oz Tawny Port
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- 3/4 oz heavy cream
- 1 egg yolk
- Garnish: nutmeg
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Dry shake for 10 seconds
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with with a few grates nutmeg
