☕️ Coffee Cocktail
Tawny port, cognac, and egg — no coffee!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Tawny Port
- 1 oz Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- 1 whole egg
- Garnish: nutmeg
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Dry shake for 10 seconds
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with a few grates of nutmeg
