🥒 Cucumber Mezcal Margarita
Mezcal, lime, cucumber, and Cointreau
Ingredients
- Lime wedge
- Kosher salt
- 2 oz Mezcal
- 3/4 oz Cointreau
- 3/4 oz Lime juice
- 3/4 oz Cucumber juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
Instructions
- Rub lime wedge around rim of rocks glass
- Dip rim of glass in salt
- Place 1 large ice cube in the glass
- Add the rest of the ingredients to shaker with ice
- Shake for 10 seconds
- Double strain into rocks glass
