🥒 Cucumber Collins
Gin, cucumber, lime and seltzer
Ingredients
- 2 oz seltzer
- 2 oz gin
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/3 oz cucumber juice
- Garnish: cucumber wheel or lime wheel
Instructions
- Add seltzer to Collins glass
- Add the remaining ingredients to shaker with ice
- Short shake and double strain into the glass
- Garnish with cucumber or lime wheel
