🥒 Cucumber Daiquiri
Rum, lime, and cucumber
Ingredients
- 2 oz light rum
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 3/4 oz cucumber juice
- Garnish: lime wedge
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to shaker with ice
- Shake for 10 seconds
- Double strain into coupe
- Garnish with lime wedge
Notes
- would be fun to retry this with acid adjusted cucumber juice
