🧊 Brunellle Frappé
Absinthe, lemon, and simple
This recipe comes from Laura Maddos, at Small Victory by way of Punch. It was inspired by the Brunelle from The Savory Cocktail Book.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz absinthe
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- Garnish: lemon wedge
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
- Shake until chilled
- Dump into a rocks glass and sizzle briefly
- Top with crushed ice and garnish with a lemon wedge
