🥵 Raspberry Collins
Gin, raspberry, lemon, and seltzer
This blushing drink is made more refreshing for its color. The garnish brings the mind and nose to the subtle raspeberry flavor.
This recipe takes the Tom Collins and adds muddled raspberries. In cocktails, its amazing how small variations to a drink change how it presents and how it tastes.
Ingredients
- 2 oz cold seltzer
- 2 raspberries
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz Beefeater Gin
- 1 oz lemon juice
- Garnish: lemon wheel and raspberry
Instructions
- Pour seltzer into a Collins glass
- Add raspberries and simple to a shaker and muddle
- Add rest of the ingredients to the shaker with ice
- Short shake
- Double strain into the collins glass
- Fill the glass with ice until the liquid reaches the top
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and raspberry
