🍊 Grapefruit Collins
Gin, grapefruit, lemon, and seltzer

Ingredients
- 2 oz cold seltzer
- 2 oz Beefeater gin
- 1 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 4 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- Garnish: grapefruit half-wheel
Instructions
- Pour 2 oz of cold seltzer into a Collins glass
- Add rest of the ingredients to a shaker with ice
- Short shake
- Double strain into the collins glass
- Fill the glass with ice
- Garnish with a grapefruit half-wheel
