Ingredients

• 5 mint leaves
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz Plymouth gin
• 3/4 oz lime juice
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• Garnish: mint leaf

Instructions

• Muddle mint leaves and simple syrup in a shaker
• Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice
• Double strain into a chilled coupe
• Garnish with mint leaf
