Ingredients

• 2 oz Elijah Craig Small Batch
• 1 teaspoon Demerara Gum Syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 dash Bitter Truth aromatic bitters
• Garnish: orange twist and lemon twist

Instructions

• Stir ingredients over ice
• Strain into rocks glass
• Express orange twist over glass, rub around rim, and place inside
• Express lemon twist over glass and place inside

Variations

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 1 sugar cube
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Garnish: orange twist

Instructions

• Add the sugar cube to a rocks glass and saturate with Angostura bitters
• Add a large ice cube
• Add the bourbon and stir
• Garnish by expressing the orange over the glass, then wiping the rim, and placing it in
