There's lots of ways to do this one. This is my boozy, juicy, not too sweet version.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz dark rum
• 1 1/2 oz light rum
• 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
• 3/4 oz orgeat
• 3/4 oz dry curaçao
• 1/2 of a lemon, juiced
• 1/2 of a lime, juiced

Preparation

• Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
• Give it a hearty shake
• Strain into a large glass with crushed ice
• Garnish with 1 or 3 of those cheap, neon red marachino cherries

Split one with a friend if they are a light weight.
