Cinnamon Syrup

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Setup immersion circulator to 145°F
  • Put all ingredients in bowl and stir to combine
  • Seal in a heatproof bag (remove as much air as possible)
  • Cook for 2 hours
  • Remove from water bath and place in ice bath to cool to room temp
  • Strain through a fine mesh strainer
  • Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
