Ingredients

• 200g water
• 67g citric acid
• 23g malic acid

Instructions

• Combine all ingredients and store in a glass bottle (given that this might not be used quickly, I feel better about storing it in glass than plastic but I have no data/source for this)

Usage

• 1ml of this solution added to 1oz of juice will increase the acidity by 1%
• 1 teaspoon of this solution added to 1oz of juice will increase the acidity by 5%

Common (Avg) Fruit Acid Levels

• Lime: 6%
• Lemon: 5%
• Grapefruit: 3%
• Orange: 1%
• Pineapple: 1%
