Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• 1/2 oz orange liqueur or triple sec
• 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 egg white
• No garnish

Sprinted Spec

• 1 1/2 oz gin
• 3/4 oz Contreau
• 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 egg white
• Garnish: lemon twist

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake for 10 seconds
2. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
4. Garnish with a lemon twist, if desired
