🥃 Negroni
A bitter classic

Ingredients
- 1 oz Tanquery gin
- 1 oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
- 1 oz Campari
- Garnish: half orange wheel
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
- Add ice and stir
- Strain into a rocks glass over 1 large ice cube
- Garnish with an orange half wheel
