Ingredients

• 2 oz seltzer
• 2 oz gin, preferably Beefeater
• 1 1/2 oz Kombucha, any flavor
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 3/4 oz simple syrup
• 4 dashes Peychaud's bitters
• Garnish: lemon half wheel

Instructions

• Pour seltzer into a Collins glass
• Combine the rest of the ingredients in a shaker with ice
• Short shake
• Double strain into a same Collins glass
• Fill with ice
• Garnish with lemon half wheel
