🧡 It’s just so easy
Gin, clementine, orange cream citrate, and seltzer
Pictured in a rocks glass but prefer Collins
This recipe is inspired by Aaron Polsky's It's So Easy
Ingredients
- 2oz seltzer
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 6 segments clementine
- 2 oz gin, preferably London dry
- 5 drops Bittermens Orange Cream Citrate
- Garnish: clementine segment
Instructions
- Pour selzter into a Collins glass and set aside
- Add lemon juice, simple syrup, and clementine segments to a cocktail shaker and muddle
- Add gin and bitters and shake with ice
- Double strain into a Collins glass
- Fill with ice
- Garnish with a clementine segment
