Ingredients

• 2 oz seltzer
• 3 large raspberries
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz London dry gin
• 1/2 oz Aperol
• 3/4 oz lemon juice
• 3/4 oz grapefruit juice
• 1 dash Peychaud's bitters
• Garnish: lemon wheel and raspberry

Instructions

• Add seltzer to Collins glass
• Add raspberries and simple syrup to shaker and muddle
• Add the rest of the ingredients to the shaker with ice
• Short shake and double strain into the glass
• Garnish with lemon wheel and raspberry
