🔥 Chile Paste
This chile paste is used to spice up dry pot and kung pao chicken.
- 3/4 cup red Thai chile peppers, dried
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2in piece ginger
- pinch fresh ground white pepper
- Cut chiles into 2-3 pieces with scissors into heat safe bowl
- Add just off boiling water to cover and let sit for 20min
- In food processor/blender, combine ingredients and process until smooth
- Store in airtight container in fridge for a long time
