Ingredients

• 2 oz Cynar
• 1 oz sweet vermouth, preferably Carpano Antica
• 1/4 oz lemon juice
• 6 dashes Regans' orange bitters
• Garnish lemon twist

Instructions

• Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice
• Stir until chilled
• Strain into a chilled rocks glass with a large ice cube
• Garnish with a lemon twist
