💘 The Pink Angel
Aperol, mezcal, sparkling wine, and seltzer
This recipe I got from NYT Cooking
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Aperol
- 1/2 oz mezcal
- 3 oz sparkling wine
- 1 1/2 oz seltzer
- Garnish: lemon twist
Instructions
- Fill a wine glass with ice
- Add all ingredients in above order
- Dip a barspoon in once or twice gently to mix
- Garnish with a lemon twist
