Im aware only afterwards that I've made the wrong choice. (Consciously Incompetent)
↓
Im aware before the moment so that I can make the right choice. (Consciously Competent)
↓
Im so practiced (perhaps by routine) that making the right choice just happens. (Unconciously Competent)
↓
