Ingredients

• 1 oz Meletti
• 1 oz rum, preferably Diplomatico
• 1/4 oz absinthe [1]
• 5 dashes bitters, preferably Bitter Truth Aromatic
• Garnish: grapefruit twist

Instructions

• Sitr all ingredients with ice
• Strain into a rocks glass with ice
• Garnish with a grapefruit twist
