🐐 Goat
Savory goat milk punch cocktail
This recipe comes from Two Schmucks cocktail bar via Lance Wong's Instagram.
This receipe is a little different as it makes a whole batch, you'll see why as you understand how long the process takes
- Add all ingredients into a mason jar
- Sous vide at 150°F for 2 hours
- Strain out the solids
- Combine mezcal, St. Germain, beet shrub and stir together
- In a separate container, pour in the goat milk
- Pour the mezcal mixture into the goat milk (the mix must be poured into the milk!)
- Let curdle for 2 hours
- Strain out the solids using cheesecloth (it will take some time)
