Ingredients

• 6 cups boiling water
• 8 black tea bags
• 3 oz clove
• 2 oz cardamom
• 2 oz cinnamon sticks
• 2 oz fresh ginger
• 1 oz whole spice
• 1 oz whole black pepper

Instructions

• Combine in large saucepan
• Cook at 125 degrees for 25min - consider trying this with sous vide
• Remove from heat and let sit for 30min
• Strain through a fine mesh strainer
• Add 1:1 sugar to liquid
