Ingredients

• 1 1/3 oz Blended Irish whiskey
• 2/3 oz Tawny Port
• 1/3 oz Rich Demerara syrup
• 1 dash absinthe
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• Garnish: orange twist

Instructions

• Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
• Stir
• Strain into a coupe
• Garnish with an orange twist
