Pull the knees all the way to the chest.
Lay down completely flat (hands above your head) in between repetitions.
Mobility
Mastery: 5x5 (each side)
Use light weight to start, 5lbs+.
Both legs remain locked and straight at all times.
Keep the dumbbell above the supporting shoulder.
