How I Can Help
It's easy to get lost in the hype. I bring 15 years of software engineering and management experience to help you use AI to achieve your objectives within cost while meeting quality thresholds.
AI is an amazing new tool.
But it's just a tool.
Let's learn to use this tool with skill, to save you time, expand your reach, and make better decisions.
What I Help With
My work fits into three buckets:
Workflow Automation with AI
Save time. Because AI has such a wide range of capabilities, it can act as a copilot and autopilot across the repetitive work that eats your team's days — for businesses from startups to non-profits — so the hours go back to the work only people can do.
My extensive work with AI allows me to audit your current workflows, triage for copilot or autopilot status, and identify process/information gaps before we even write a line of code.
Workflows I've built for clients:
- An AI agent that runs first-round screening calls with job candidates, then ranks each conversation's answers against the needs of the business.
- An email auto-drafter that writes in the client's voice, operating on a custom knowledge base of their own writing and reference material. Try Tiny Email Drafter
- Custom connectors (MCP servers) that let clients wire their personal AI agents directly into in-house data sources.
Software Features with AI
Expand your reach. Ship AI features that deepen what your product does for current customers — and open whole new classes of products that reach people you couldn't serve before.
Having built apps used by millions I can scale up any feature/product from prototype to production.
Software I've made for clients:
- An AI debate platform allows users to define AI-powered personas, hand the group a prompt, and watch each AI take its turn reasoning through it, commenting, and debating both the prompt and the other AIs' responses.
- A writing tool that analyzes academic writing for coherence, consistency, and clarity
Software Development with AI
Make better decisions. When AI takes on the grind of building software, your engineers get their judgment back — time and clarity to choose what's worth building and how.
AI generated code completely changes the software development lifecycle. The whole process is being reworked at every software company right now.
My time running agile teams helps me to reason from first principles about possible shapes these new processes could take.
Some process tooling I've built for clients:
- A private Claude marketplace to sync AI skill sharing across developers.
- Custom PR review workflow tuned for feature work coming in from non-engineers to protect engineers' limited time.
- Kanban board in Notion where tickets moving into "Ready for Work" column trigger cloud AI agents to execute that work, review, and submit a PR.
