Workflow Automation with AI

Since AI has a wide range of capabilities, it can act as a copilot and autopilot on a wide range of workflows for businesses from startups to non-profits.

My extensive work with AI allows me to audit your current workflows, triage for copilot or autopilot status, and identify process/information gaps before we even write a line of code.

Workflows I've built for clients:

  • An AI agent that runs first-round screening calls with job candidates, then ranks each conversation's answers against the needs of the business.

  • Custom connectors (MCP servers) that let clients wire their personal AI agents directly into in-house data sources.

Software Features with AI

AI can be packaged into existing products and open up whole new classes of products.

Having built apps used by millions I can scale up any feature/product from prototype to production.

Software I've made for clients:

  • An AI debate platform allows users to define AI-powered personas, hand the group a prompt, and watch each AI take its turn reasoning through it, commenting, and debating both the prompt and the other AIs' responses.
  • A writing tool that analyzes academic writing for coherence, consistency, and clarity

Software Development with AI

AI generated code completely changes the software development lifecycle. The whole process is being reworked at every software company right now.

My time running agile teams helps me to reason from first principles about possible shapes these new processes could take.

Some process tooling I've built for clients:

  • A private Claude marketplace to sync AI skill sharing across developers.
  • Custom PR review workflow tuned for feature work coming in from non-engineers to protect engineers' limited time.
  • Kanban board in Notion where tickets moving into "Ready for Work" column trigger cloud AI agents to execute that work, review, and submit a PR.
